Bloom Lindsay provides a total of 221 suites available for rent, including studios, one bedroom, and two-bedroom units spread across six floors. These suites are completely new and sound-proof to ensure residents’ peace, privacy, and comfort. Upon entering, you will be greeted by gorgeous windows, and you can also enjoy the view of the surroundings from the private balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, cooktop, built-in oven, and dishwasher, and features beautiful quartz countertops, making it a pleasant and functional space.

All aspects of the design are specifically created to provide maximum ease and comfort. The standard features include central air conditioning, electric heating, and individual climate controls. Most of the suites will come equipped with their own washing and drying machines, and all of them have generous closet spaces and adequate storage areas.

The Bloom retirement community has created apartments specifically for active and independent seniors. These apartments are roomy and have convenient kitchen facilities, along with ample storage space. Each apartment is also equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as a stainless-steel refrigerator, cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. Home telephone, cable TV, and internet services are also part of the package.

The Independent Living Plus Apartments are intended for seniors who desire an autonomous lifestyle without any issues. The apartments come equipped with essential amenities within the unit such as a refrigerator, a microwave, and a washer-dryer combo. Additionally, Independent Living Plus offers the following services:

  • Home telephone, cable TV and internet
  • Weekly Housekeeping
  • Linen and towels changed and washed weekly
  • Weekly laundry
  • Medication management
  • 24-hour on-site emergency response pendant
Our Assisted Living Suites, also known as care units, are situated on a single floor and are designed to meet the needs of seniors who require additional care and support in their daily lives. These units provide three meals per day, along with snacks. In addition to the features of Independent Living Plus, they offer a personalized daily care plan, as well as room cleaning, laundry, and linen and towel services.

At Bloom retirement community, our seniors’ apartments are designed with active and fully independent seniors in mind. They are spacious with fully equipped kitchens and lots of storage space. Seniors’ apartments include a washer and dryer in every suite. They also have a fridge, stove and dishwasher in stainless steel. Home telephone, cable TV and internet are included.

Independent Living Plus Apartments, located on the first and second floors are intended for independent seniors looking for a worry-free lifestyle while remaining fully independent. The apartments include a kitchenette with a cooktop, refrigerator, washer and dryer in your suite. Independent Living Plus will include the following services:
